Kelas ini pertama kali diisi oleh LG - KP500 Cookie dengan fitur unggulan layar sentuh dan banyak fitur2 lain yang dibawanya. Kemudian disusul oleh Smsung yang memperkenalkan seri Star-nya yaitu Star s5233 dan s5230 dingan fitur yang hampir sama. Seolah tidak amau kalah dengan kompetitornya itu Kemudian Nokia juga nerilis hanphone full touch screen, tidak tanggung-tanggung Nokia juga merilis 2 model hanphone dikelas ini yaitu Nokia 5530 xm dan 5230 xm. 5539 xm dilepas dengan kisaran harga 2,9 juta sedang 5230 dilepas dengan kisaran harga 2,3 jutaan.
